Recruitment Channel
1. Resume delivery
1) Email. The applicant can send the resume according to the E-mail address in the contact information. The title of the E-mail and the resume file of the social recruiter should be named in the form of "post code + name". The email title and resume file of campus recruitment students should be named in the form of "School + major + name", and the materials should be provided as attachments.
2) Letters. Applicants can send their cover letter, resume and credentials to the recruitment liaison staff according to the company address in the contact information. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the information in the resume. If the information is found to be distorted or inconsistent with the facts, the company has the right to cancel the qualification.
2. Written test/interview
The human resources Department of the company will notify you to attend the written test or interview in the form of email, phone or text message, including the interview time, transportation route, contact person and contact number, as well as required to prepare relevant documents and certificates.
3. Second interview
The company's human resources department will officially notify you to attend the second interview by email, phone or text message.
4. Employment
After passing the interview, the Human Resources Department will notify the selected candidates to have the physical examination within seven working days (fresh graduates sign the tripartite employment agreement).
5. Check in
1) Employees who pass the physical examination shall report for duty within the date agreed with the company; If there is any special situation, please inform the human Resources Department;
2) Please have the following information ready for registration:
This year's graduates: ID card, household register, diploma, degree certificate, qualification certificate, registration card, residence transfer card, one inch photo 2, other designated should be handed over the certificate.
Social recruitment personnel: ID card, household register, diploma, degree certificate, professional title certificate, qualification certificate, dimission certificate, one inch photo 2, other designated certificates should be submitted for inspection.
3) Sign labor contracts and handle on-boarding procedures.
